This recruitment privacy policy sets out how Sheppard Robson uses and protects the personal information you provide as part of your application for a position with us.
We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them. Any personal information collected from you will be used for recruitment purposes only.

All information we have collected from you will be stored on our secure protected in-house management information system with restricted access.
We will do our best to protect your personal information, however we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us via email; any transmission is at your own risk.
If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be stored for six months, and then destroyed. We retain this information to analyse hiring processes and to ensure we are meeting legal obligations surrounding recruitment and discrimination.
If you have sent an application in error, or decide that you would like to withdraw your data please let us know immediately, after which we will delete your data in line with GDPR regulations.
