Adrian leads complex projects across several commercial and residential typologies, with particular expertise in office and mixed-use developments. He is also the Practice’s Technical Director, responsible for design audits and third-party peer reviews for contractors and developers.

A key element of Adrian’s Leadership role is adding value to projects at all stages of the design and construction process, particularly through the analysis of design optimisation and efficiency. Harnessing digital information and implementing industry-leading design processes are key to the successful delivery of the large-scale, complex developments that Adrian leads.

As a skilled communicator, Adrian seeks to ensure that all project stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the design and delivery process, from the earliest stages of a project through to handover and occupation. Recent high profile, award-winning projects include Fitzroy Place, One Bartholomew at Barts Square and 50 Eastbourne Terrace. Clients rely on Adrian’s technical knowledge and interrogative approach to problem solving. Adrian is actively engaged in numerous technical forums and is also a member of the British Council for Offices.

Alongside project commitments, Adrian is responsible for the practice’s management systems and is a member of the Design Delivery Group.
