Dan Burr Partner
Dan is a member of the practice’s Design Review Group and undertakes a broad range of work, spanning offices, hotels and residential development.
Dan has built a reputation for designing high-profile, mixed-use projects, many of which occupy complex and prominent sites in Central London. His work on Fitzroy Place—a major urban renewal scheme in London, comprising office, retail, residential and public realm—typifies this approach of revisioning large pieces of the city to make lively new neighbourhoods. Ongoing projects include a major hotel-led, mixed-use project in Farringdon for The Whitbread Group and Citicape House, a new five-star hotel veiled in Europe’s largest living wall.
Dan is a member of the LB Hammersmith & Fulham design review panel and a regular commentator on design, particularly vocal on developments in the hotel market. Dan has been included on the Evening Standard’s ‘Influentials’ list, as one of only five architects among the 1,000 most influential people in London.
