Adam McGhee RIBA, RIAS Partner
Adam leads projects across numerous commercial and public sector typologies from Sheppard Robson’s Glasgow office.
With considerable experience in urban design, residential, education, and commercial typologies, Adam has oversight over much of the practice’s Scottish work. His ability to work alongside numerous stakeholders on major schemes is evident in his role in the realisation of The Barony Campus, one of the largest new schools in Europe. Here, Adam led an engagement programme that creates much-needed new facilities while shaping a wider vision for the community.
His passion and ability to effectively listen and lead are evident across a portfolio of work that includes the progressive Grid Building for Heriot-Watt University and the redevelopment of Glasgow’s historic Grade ‘A’ listed Custom House into a 450-bed hotel.
Adam regularly commentates on the built environment, with articles and lectures covering subjects from education design to more general views on the state of the industry.
