245 Hammersmith Road wins Nancye Goulden Award 2021

The Nancye Goulden Award is intended to single out schemes which have improved the local environment, and this year it has been awarded to the park and landscaping at 245 Hammersmith Road.

Of the project The Hammersmith Society said: "it is invaluable when major projects like this remember the needs of the urban environment which surrounds them. The landscaping and recreational benefits provided by this very substantial development set a great example of how we can restore people priority in the bustle of traffic and commerce which makes up the town centre."

We are delighted to be recognised for a project that, from inception, has had long-term environmental and social sustainability at the heart of its design.

As well as being awarded the Nancye Goulden Award, 245 Hammersmith Road's plaza, public space and green wall were also shortlisted for an Environment Award by the Hammersmith Society.

Well done to our contributing team members, including Aleksandra Szczyglak, Helen Beresford, Jack Whatley, Jacqueline Power, Kati Terberger, Lara Ford, Lee Bennett, Mark Kowal, Patricia De Isidoro, Tom Kyle and Zsofia Kovacs.
