Sheppard Robson were commissioned in 2015 to develop scheme proposals for a 150,000ft² new office development at a site on the western side of Finnieston Street (now referred to as Skypark 8). The new building will be Grade A office accommodation with approximately  140 car parking spaces along with cycle parking. All the floorplates will generally be circa 20,000ft² and larger than the majority of other most city centre office buildings offering various subdivision options into smaller suites. The office development has now been submitted to Glasgow City Council for Planning Consent and the proposals are currently the subject of public consultation. The office development location offers potential tenants dramatic views westerly and south west towards the Hydro Arena and the River Clyde.
