The development is situated across two conservation areas within the City of Westminster. Its Grade II listed façades and prominent cupola have been retained, together with part of the return elevations to both Hanover and Princes Streets.
Regent’s Place is a 10 acre office-led, mixed-use regenerative development in central London. Sheppard Robson undertook initial masterplan studies in 1985 and continues to work on the project today. The Trocadero lies at the fulcrum of four major London streets. It is a major West End site in need of redevelopment.
